syncronize a combo box with a form

Can anyone help me with the right code to sync a combo box with a form?

We may not mean the same thing ... what are you trying to accomplish? How
do you mean "sync a combo box with a form"?

Thanks for replying Jeff. I would like for the form to change as I scroll
through the items on the comb box. I had found how to do this before on here
however I don't have that DB any more and can't remember how it was done.

Does that mean something like "as I pick different items from the combobox,
the form displays the related record/information"?
