System Administrator Error messages?

Hello all,

A bunch of us in my office using the same ISP are getting error
messages from Outlook 2003 (and XP) saying that:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: New Address
Sent: 4/15/2005 12:07 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX ' on 4/15/2005 12:07 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

This is happening more often that we can stand it. Any ideas what
this is and why it is happening? It only happens every now and then
not all the time.

Why not read the response you've already gotten?

This is happening frequently and the message is from Outlook not the
server. The ISP can not figure it out nad said it is a problem with
Outlook and refused to help. I thought someone here might be able to
get us an idea of what this message means.

Then it appears to be an issue of your Outlook not being able to
authenticate to the outgoing servers of any of your accounts.
