System folders deleted by Entourage on Exchange Server

The user has its mailbox on an Exchange Server. He uses
the Entourage mail client on its Mac.

Some system folders were deleted : Deleted items, Draft,
etc.

We couldn't reset those folders with the
parameter "outlook.exe /ResetFolders".

Knows someone the raison and the solution for this
problem ?

Try deleting the account in Entourage and re-create it.
