tab through word template

I'm attempting to create a Word template with several default textboxes that
a user will be using to quickly fill out a form letter by replacing the
default AutoText with information relating to their situation. I'm using
Word 2003.

Is there a way to make the final version able to tab through all of the
default textboxes much the same as a Form layout on a webpage? Currently I
have to bring the cursor to the default textbox, delete the text in it, and
replace with what I need to be there.

Yes, but you need to use the Forms TextBox fields.

Go here:

Scroll down to that section to the series called PLEASE FILL OUT THIS
FORM and start reading with Lesson # 1 (skip # 5...it is database
advanced stuff). Then you may want to review some of the other
automated forms articles in that section...which will provide more
tips/tricks.
