Table cell clear contents

I am wanting some code which clears the content of a cell in a table, can
someone assist with the coding please?

ActiveDocument.Tables(1).Cell(1, 2).Range.Delete

will delete the contents of the second cell (column 2) of the first row of
the first table in the active document.

Many thanks I had:

ActiveDocument.Tables(2).Rows(13).Cells(3).select

With Selection.Cells.

.Delete

End With

but this deleted the whole cell and not the contents!
