Table modifying

I have a sheet that collects invoice data ie: name,
address, purchase details (10 rows)
What i would like to do is lookup the invoice number from
the records then when changes are made to the invoice
overwrite the information all ready saved.

IE:
Inv Name Item1 Item2 Item3
123 Bob Chips Ram
124 Sue Monitor Mouse

If sue changes the mouse to a keyboard the sheet would
reflect this

IE:
Inv Name Item1 Item2 Item3
123 Bob Chips Ram
124 Sue Monitor Keyboard

The sheet has at the moment over 2000 rows and 109 colomns

Can this be done???

Not sure where you are going with this. If Sue change Mouse to keyboard, it
is changed. Where else do you want this reflected.?
