Table was changed to Read-only by mistake

I need to know how to take the read-only off of the Access
table. The girl entering data inadvertently marked a flip-
down menu to read-only. I have no idea where she was,
what she was doing, when she did it. Everything I see in
tools for the table and in permissions gives writing
ability and editing. So, can you help me with this?

I have spent all day trying to use your office assistant,
printed manual, and everything I know. Apparently, the
area she was in is well hidden.

Much appreciate your help as we need to add addresses for
the 9-1-1 emergency phone calls for the county.
