Tables and B&W view

Hello

I have created a template for use within the company.

My problem is:
I have created a shaded table with lilac fill and white borders. In B&W
view I have selected Greyscale. The problem is, when users insert new
rows or columns, the borders show as black (and not white). Is there a
default function or a way around this? Do I have to keep turning it to
Greyscale every time?
