Tables and Entourage

Perhaps someone can explain why it is that whenever I open an e-mail, and
open the word attachment in the e-mail, tables in the Word attachment lose
their formatting.

Also, if I select a chart that is in the e-mail, copy and paste it, it too a
new Word document, it too loses its formatting.

These tables are all from attached Word documents, right? Has Entourage done
anything to the table other than be the vehicle to transmit the Word
document that contains it? Is the chart you select in the second paragraph
"in the email" or in the attached Word doc?

Can you test getting the attachment from a web access to your email, to see
if the problem really only happens when the attachment comes through
Entourage?

What do you mean by "lose their formatting" ? Which versions are you using?
