'tag' recommendations?

I am working on a Word2003 doc that is a review of a customers IT services.
I am already using outlining to create the docuement heirarchy and numbered
paras. Throughout the document I am making a number of recommendations, at
the end of the para that discusses the 'problem' as I see it. I would like
to gather all these recommendations into a summary table without having to
manually go through and find them ;)
Is there anyway to 'tag' sentences as being 'recommendations' so they can be
automatically compiled into a table?

If you apply a specific Recommendation paragraph style to the
recommendations only (it need not look any different from your other text),
then you can generate a table of contents that includes just the paragraphs
in that specific style.
