Task dissapears

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I have Entourage EWS running on Exchange 2010. All settings are check, the backup is not backing up the database, time and region is correct. every time he turns on his MAC just the TASK get deleted. I have no idea why is this happening? Any ideas

Could it be some setting on the Server?

I verify every setting available. I have Outlook with the same user and Outlook never deletes the Task, only Entourage, that Microsoft for Retention policies in Exchange 2010. That way I can recover quickly the item back. But then bring another problem, most of my TO DO LIST start duplicating because of the restore. Crazy stuff!!!
