Task folder missing?? Can't create...

I had a user make a couple of Task using OWA. When he got into the office,
and connected to the network with is Max laptop to the Exchange server (Ent
Server 2003 BTW), the Tasks he made in OWA do not show up in his laptop
Entourage. One reason may be that he doesn't have a Task folder to begin
with?? I tried to manualy make the Task folder but a Task-Type of folder is
not an option.

The Exchange server is current with SP2, and all Windows server patches.

Any ideas why i can't make a Task folder for this user?

Sorry, Entourage syncs neither tasks nor notes with the Exchange Server.
This is an unfortunate limitation, and has been requested on this newsgroup
several times. I would suggest you send the feature request to Microsoft.
In Entourage X or 2004, go to Help > Send Feedback on Entourage. Otherwise,

Thanks for the follow-up Mickey.

You would think Microsoft would want Mac users to jump on the
Entourage/Outlook band wagon, but if features don't work, or the product
doesn't play well with Exchange why bother?
