Hi Group,

Hope I'm not asking a stupid question here. I've tried
searching for an answer to this question but to no
avail...over to the experts!

Is it possible, when an email is received, to
automatically add it to my tasks list (i.e. a bit like
ctrl + ?) Also, can someone direct me to a useful list of
all shortcuts available in OL 2000.

You can drag any message to the Tasks folder to create a new message. It's
also possible to write VBA code to do this.
