TASK PROBLEM "You do not have permission to send"

Hi,
I was wondering whether someone might know the answer to
this problem. When sending a task request to someone I get
an error stating "You do not have permission to send the
message on behalf of the specified user" Which I cannot
understand because I am the owner of the mailbox????

Could someone please shed some light on this????
