Task Uage:Cost to Excel

Hi All,

I need to share the Task Usage Cost view with others that don't have
Project. I would like to do this by exporting to Excel. Can I do this with
the tasks down the side, the timeline across the top?

Bill,
Yes. For starters, try the "Analyze timescaled data in Excel" utility
found on the Analysis toolbar. Run it from the Task Usage view.

Project 2007 has expanded capability in this area with its Visual
Reports utility found under the Reports menu.

If you need more specific or detailed cost data in Excel, VBA can give
you anything you want.
