I'm using Entourage: Mac version 11.0.0 (040405)
When I choose to view task it displays all completed an incomplete tasks -
I've tried to change the view under view/all tasks; view/completed;
view/incomplete tasks
But I always end up with a list of task completed (checked off) and
incomplete (not checked off).
Is it possible to see only incomplete tasks
Quite simply, View/Incomplete Tasks should show only incomplete tasks.
Period.
If you're seeing completed tasks as well, there's something wrong. First try
rebuilding your database. (Hold down Option key at startup, choose Rebuild
for 2004.)
If that doesn't help, the problem would be with Entourage itself. First
remove
~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/com.microsoft.Entourage.prefs.plist when
quit, then restart. You'll have to reset all your preferences.
If that doesn't help, run Remove Office in the Additional Tools folder. It
won't touch your data. Then reinstall Office form the CD. That will fix it.
I think most likely rebuilding your database will do the trick, but try the
others if it doesn't.
