Taskbar button for every open document?

I am using Word 2000 running on Windows 98 and every
document that I have open in Word shows up as a new button
on the Taskbar. This makes for very small buttons when a
lot of documents/programs are open.

Is there any way to change this to one button on the
Taskbar and then switch between documents using the window
menu feature in Word.
