Does Entourage keep an archive of completed tasks? If so, where can I
find this on Mac OSX?

Hi Chris
You can go to File-Export- and choose Tasks from Archive the following item
types and you can choose to keep the item in Ent or delete them. Then in the
end it will ask the path to save .rge file

If you mean you can't find the completed tasks in your Tasks List although
you never actually deleted them, it must be because you have the Tasks List
set to show only Incomplete Tasks (or else you're looking in the Calendar,
which shows only incomplete tasks). Go top the Tasks List, View menu. Select
either €All Tasks or €Compete Tasks, depending on which you want to see.

Now if you yourself want to _make_ an archive of the tasks, and you're in
Entourage 2004, you can do it via File/Export. (If you're in an earlier
version, you can make an archive via a text file export, using my shareware
scripts Export-Import Entourage.)
