Tasks Entourage Iphone Sync

this probably has been discussed many times before but I have a questions. What is the best(if any) way to get tasks(both regular and flagged emails) from Entourage 2008 to the iPhone? I'm using Entourage 2008 connected to my organizations Exchange 2003 environment so I cannot use the web services edition.

Any ideas?

Currently, the iPhone does not support tasks nor flagged messages. Apple
will need to update its software to do this.

I know of no application for the iPhone that works with Entourage and
Exchange to provide you what you want.
