**** My apologies if this appears more than once. For some reason I
can't post to the MS NGs thru OE - only thru Google. Strange...
Original post:
I have been using Outlook for a basic PIM.
As I make calls, emails, etc. I log them as journal entries associated
with
the contact.
When I schedule a task such as a followup, I also associate it with a
contact if appropriate.
Here is my new problem:
When I open a task and dbl-click on the contact, the contact info is
not
displayed. Instead, I get an error message that says "Cannot perform
the
requested operation. The command is not valid for this recipient."
What's going on? When I open the appropriate folder, the contact is
still
there.
Help please!
