I have three users running Outlook 2003 and have been
successfully sending interoffice email via MS Mail for
over a year. Recently, any tasks that are sent via MS
Mail are not able to be opened nor deleted by the
recipient. Regular messages and calendar appointments
work fine. All are using the 2003 version of the PST
file. Tasks that are sent via the Internet have no
problem.
The error when trying to open states: "Can't open this
item. The operation failed. An object could not be found."
The error when trying to delete: "The operation failed.
An object could not be found."
All repair options have been used including the inbox
repair tool.
