Template Design in Visio Pro 2002

I use The Verbal Reasoning Familiarization Test 11A by NFER-NELSON but I
would like to design my own using Visio Pro 2002, however it is a complex
test form using approx 6 different types of boxes, so has anyone else done
the same?
