Template for cataloging contents of paper file cabinets?

Anybody have a Access 2003 template that can be used to track the
contents of our paper files (i.e. File Cabinet, file drawer, parent
category, sub-category, folder name, keywords, date)? I see DVD and book
templates in Microsoft's Access download area, but nothing for filing
cabinet management.
