Template Headers, and Logos

I'm trying to add a logo to an existing editable Template Header, and I can't
seem to get it to work. I'm using Word 2003.

Process: I open a raw Template; click on the Header area, and I'm able to
place my Company's Name, within that Header area, no problem. Then, I say
"OK, let me add a logo, or Clip Art or whatever TO THE SAME HEADER AREA, but
just to the left of my Company's Name - no way will it accept the action. It
keeps the new logo down below the defined Header Area, which is not what I'm
looking to do.

Lastly, I've gone online to an area within Microsoft, and viewed hundreds of
Clip Art samples, which you're allowed to download them to your computer, or
future usage. In fact, when you're downloading them, it shows that they're
being added to a folder called "My Collections". When you're done TRY N FIND
"MY COLLECTIONS" anywhere on this god-given earth!! Nowhere to be found.
I've even used the "Search for Files Folders", and no such entry comes up.

Man, for such a simple task, this isht has me baffled.

Open the Organizer, look in the "Downloaded Clips".
The clips are automatically put into various folders according to their categories.
If you downloaded a dog, it will be in the office collections in the animal category
as well in the "Downloaded Clips" folder.
