Template not appearing in VBA editor project explorer when doc ope

A user, upon opening a document, is experiencing the AutoOpen module of the
attached template not firing. The AutoOpen works on my PC. I can't step
through the code because the attached template of the subject document does
not appear in the VBA editor project explorer on the user's PC.

If we open the respective template on the user's PC, it will appear in the
VBA editor project explorer.

I suspect the problem is not with the code (its working for others), but
with Word itself(?). The Macro Security is set to Medium.
