template protection

I have created a template in Word XP which I then e-mail to users.
The user saves the template on their pc and completes as needed. We
have found that in some instances the user is changing the body of the
form, not the form fields themselves. Is there any way to prevent the
user from making changes to the body of the form?

When you protect the form, include a password.
