Template to creat a "Quick Reference" guide

I was wondering if any one had a template for what we
refer to as a "Quick" reference guide. My vision for this
guide is a half-page formate to make it easer to carry
around and require less desk top space. If anyone has
something like that in either word/publisher/abode and do
not mind shareing it I would greatly appreciate it. You
