We're using templates in Word 2000 stored on our network
for access by the entire company. Because there are
macros in the templates, I created a digital signature,
then a process to "train" each computer to accept it as a
trusted source. It was working well and solved a lot of
problems. Last week, my computer was replaced with a new
one. IT staff eventually found and transferred the
digital signature file from one computer to another, but
now it doesn't work ("There's a problem with the digital
signature, so your project cannot be signed"), and I can
neither create new signed templates nor update the
existing ones. Does anyone know a "fix" for this, short
of starting over? Or a better way to approach it? I've
got a couple hundred forms I can't revise...
Thanks!
