Templates in Word 2003

I am creating templates for a letterhead. I have a list of names on the left
with a quote that would print just under the letterhead on the stationary.
The names on the list would be updated when needed.
When Information is pasted in the document, it pushes all my names and quote
to the very bottom. How do i keep that iformation to stay where it and also
not appear on every page after?

If you use a table and have the names and quote in one column and the other
information in the other columns, you shouldn't have the problem of text
pushing down the information.
