Temporary Distribution List Restrictions

I have a distribution list that I use to forward interesting tidbits to
friends. However, invariably, the message that I received was from one of
the individuals on the list and I do not want to resend their post back to
them. The only way I can figure out to do this is to permanently delete them
and then put them back on the list after I have posted the forwarded message.

Is there a way to to tell Outlook to send a message only to PART of a
distribution list?
