I am using the journal feature to record a link to each word document
related to a contact. Besides storing the link to the document, it is
also creating and storing temporary word files. All the files are
store in the temp file as ~olwrddoc.doc. When I click on that file
link, office cannot locate the file. Is there a way to prevent these
files from being recorded? I have manually deleted most of these
files, but would like to avoid creating them in the first place.
