test connection failed

hi,
when i click on "test connection" in project pro 2002, i always get this
message:
"unexpected server response.
microsoft project server has returned an unexpected response.
click the "view" button to view the server response as an error page in your
browser"

any idea whats wrong?

I have the test connection failed also. here's my server response. I walked through the process to ensure IIS was running and the steps to allow anonymous acccess to the file

The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator: /fellowship/isapi/pjdbcomm.dl

The server at 'http://servername/projectserver' returned the following error
to Microsoft Project.

You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials you supplied.

Please try the following:

a.. Click the Refresh button to try again with different
credentials.
b.. If you believe you should be able to view this directory or
page, please contact the Web site administrator by using the e-mail address
or phone number listed on the file:// home page.
HTTP 401.1 - Unauthorized: Logon Failed

In your browser (MS Internet Explorer)?

2. Do you use ProjectServer account or MS Windows account (Tools->Enterprise
Options->Microsoft Office Project Web Access -> Your server -> Account
Properties - > 'When connecting...')?

Your IIS server is not configured to allow ISAPI to run. You must enable
this.
