Test driver user on outgoing emails

Office 2004 Test Drive User

I recently purchased Office:Mac 2004 standard addition which includes
Entourage. On my outgoing emails, before my name it is showing Office Test
Drive User. Now, before installing the software, I removed all test drive
applications. How do I rid myself of "Office Test Drive User" from
appearing on my outgoing emails. Thanks a bunch for the help.

Okay, this is just a wild guess, but my wild guess is that you *didn't*
remove the Test Drive. You may think you did, but you probably just
threw some applications in the Trash. But that won't do it. You must run
the Remove Office application; otherwise, preferences and other hidden
stuff is left lying around.

I suggest you start over. Use Remove Office this time, and really remove
stuff! Now reinstall Office 2004. See if that fixes it. m.
