Test Review Presentation

I'm new to powerpoint design. I have a powerpoint now that is setup so that
when the question and the distractors are shown, you can click on the slide
again and the slide will appear again with the answer at the bottom ("Answer:
A").

Somehow, this is not setup on a separate slide. The answer is there when in
the edit mode but it doesn't show until you click on the slide again after
the answer and distractors a shown.

Any tuitorial on how to set that up? I've tried copying and changing the
information on the slide but it doesn't work. Just comes up with the answer
already there.
