Text box justification

When I open a contact in the Address Book, all text boxes are right
justified. Much of the time existing text is right justified all way
"offscreen", so that I have to click in the box to create a cursor,
and move it all the way to the right to see the text. Very annoying.
What can I do?

I'm running version 11.0.0 of Entourage for Mac; OS X 10.3.4 Thanks!

Is this the same issue?

Headers right Justification error after html rendered an email.
 
I can't get any satisfaction , entourage becomes unusable every time I
view an HTML / rich message.

The Headers to, CC Subject etc, all become a large arial type font and
then starngly right justified, I seem to remeber the day it happened
to..

I was in the middle of a message and maybe pressed a key combo, and
bam all right justified, but makes no sense.

I don't know if those issues are related... i'm having the
text box issue as well. I have noticed that if I trash the
entourage.plist files in my library/preferences/ folder
and restart entourage, the problem goes away for a short
time. I don't think my problem has to do with HTML
messages, as the justification isses occur in all of my
text boxes, not just in my messages (e.g., the fields that
i set in my preferences such as 'default area code' are all
right justified and consequently very hard to see). We
acually had a MS "specialist" come out to our school becuse
all of us Mac users were being migrated to Exchange 2003
and of course, there are MAJOR issues with Entourage 2004
and Exchange support. Well, the specialist had never heard
of my issue, and told me "I can't even figure out how you
would intentionally change the justification for all of
those fields!" with a laugh. I was quite irked. Needless
to say, I can find no help out there. At least i found
others who are having the same problem!!

Shannon, you could test it by turning off "Display complex HTML in
messages".

It's a bug in 2004 that only hits some people sometimes. it happens after
such users have viewed a complex HTML email message. Quit Entourage,
relaunch, and go back to composing your emails without reading any new
messages in case they're complex HTML until you're done writing. Or you
could turn off the "Display complex HTML in messages" preference in
Preferences/Security.
