This is my second post on this problem. Using Pub. 2002
and HP6122 printer.
Created a postal card and had a color problem. Created
the card and changed some of the lines to a blue ink.
Saved the doc. and decided to change the blue back to
black. When I printed it out it wasn't sharp. In
looking under a Magnifying glass I could see the blue
color edge behind the black and it makes the type fuzzy.
Contacted HP and they suggested I try the same procedure
in other applications as Word, Notepad, Wordpad, Works,
etc. The problem does not happen in other programs. HP
says it is not a printer problem if other applications
don't cause the problem. If I delete the line a retype it
in black it still reads the other color. Can anyone solve
this problem I hope. Thank again, Harv
Thanks, Harv

Look if you use garbage HP products you have to put up with the issues you
get.
You will get no support or service from HP, and if the printer is older than
six months, no updated drivers after the printer is discontinued.

There are NO known printing issues in Publisher, any version, only garbage
troublesome printers like HP.

HP don't even honour their warranty and divert all calls for support or
warranty to cheap slave labour in India. You get so frustrated trying to
speak to people that cannot speak English, you just give up and go and buy
another printer.

HP are a bad poor disgusting company now that offer no support and once they
have your money, they could not care. Just consider you got ripped-off by
HP.
