Yes.

Drag the font file into /Library/Fonts It will show up throughout all apps
and the OS.

I'm only seeing this font problem in Entourage, so if I install this font,
can I limit it's exposure to just Entourage? Thanks!

No, fonts are an OS thing and thus show up throughout the OS. No need to
worry though; one more font in your OS is not a bad thing. Graphic designers
have hundreds (if not thousands) of additional fonts they use with no ill
effects.
