Text Default for E-mails

How can I change the default e-mail text from "plain text" to HTML? It is inconvenient to do it every time and sometimes I forget. I've looked everywhere and can't find a place to change the default. I use XP Media for windows.

You can change it in Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup
