Hello.
This strange thing happens when using a bound combobox in an Access Project.
It works fine until I try to select a line that contains a code starting with
the asterix ('*'), either by scroll-and-click or by tying the code. The
AfterUpdate macro is fired as supposed with the correct ID value set for the
control, but the combobox will not display the selected text.
The box is bound to this rowsource:
SELECT ID, CODE, TEXT FROM MYTABLE ORDER BY CODE
(ID is the IDENTITY column of MYTABLE).
The box is set up for 3 columns, no column headers, auto expand and only
from list.
Column widths are: 0cm;2cm;6cm in order to hide the ID column.
Could anyone please help?
