All of a sudden, when I type in an email subject area or in my address
book, the letters appear in the far right of the box. Does anybody
know why and how to fix it? Thanks, Steve

Remove the shutterfly plugin

Thanks, Barry. I did and will see what happens. Can you tell me what
the plug in does and whether I will be able to use Shutterfly in the
future without the plug in? If not, is there a way around it? Thanks,

Sorry, I don't have any idea how the plugin works, and I don't use
shutterfly so I can't comment on how removing the plugin will affect your
experience.

The behaviour you described is a known side effect of installing shutterfly.

Oops. It still does it even after I put the plugin agent in the trash
and emptied it. Any other suggestions?

I believe this was fixed in SP2 so that it shouldn't matter now.

Yes, I restarted my computer which is a power book G4 running Office
2004 and Tiger 10.4.2 and it still happens. Thanks for any suggestions
you can provide.

Now you've got us stumped. 100% of users, until you, fixed this by either
removing the Shutterfly Plug-in and/or updating to SP 2 (Office 11.2). Which
version of Entourage are you in - go to Entourage/About Entourage.

Thanks, Paul, I did upgrade Entourage and that seems to have fixed it.
