Text file for attachments

Somehow I have changed my attachment default to open as a text file
instead of a Word document. How do I change the default back to Word?

This is a Finder action. Select one of the text files and do a Get Info.
Select to open with Word then select Change all.

Let me know if you continue to have problems.
