Text on a Circle, version 2

Howdy Folks!

I've posted a new version of my text-on-a-circle generator. The new features
allow you to:

- Position text inside or outside of the circle
- Change the direction that the text flows to clockwise or counter-clockwise
- Shrink or grow the spacing between the characters for tighter or looser
text

Olav Martin Kvern was the original Visio shape designer and Chris was the
second. Chris was the lead designer on many of the original shape
collections and part author of the original DVS book (Devloping Visio
Shapes). I'm always amazed at what Chris can pull out of the hat.
