Text or buttons are truncated in some dialog boxes in Outlook 2002

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 836665

In short, it didn't fix the problem.

Some dialog boxes in Outlook 2002 are truncated and
therefore some of the buttons are inaccessible. I'm using
XP with all updates and service packs on an IBM T40
notebook. A KB article above references this. I carefully
followed its procedure, twice, but it did not fix the
problem.

Help?
