I have a client with a PowerPoint presentation that they created and then
used Pack and Go and sent the resulting output to CD from within the
program. When they run the presentation from a laptop with just the
PowerPoint viewer some of the text gets jumbled. It looks like all the
letters from one particular line get overlaid on top of each other. We
checked the option to include all fonts in the presentation when packing it
for CD. The strange thing is that it doesn't always happen with the same
text within the presentation. One time you run it the problem appears on
page 3 (not all the text on page 3 either), then next time it may be on
pages 4 and 7.
The laptop has all the fonts from the presentation installed. Hardware
acceleration changes didn't help the problem. I ended up trying turning it
off completely with no resolution. I'm beginning to hate this particular
presentation.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks!
