Text to Speech Toolbar

Wouldn't it be nice if PowerPoint had a text to speech
toolbar like Excel 2002 & 2003 has? I know that you can
code Word and PowerPoint to use the text to speech feature
in Excel, but it's be nicer if it wwas already there. I'd
like to see a Speak this page or slide and a Speak entire
document or presentation. Kind of like the read aloud
feature in Adobe Acrobat 6.0

Any input? Any add-ins out there besides PowerTalk?

you are looking for.
