Text using the French and/or Portuguese alphabet

I want to include in my spreadsheet some text in french or Portuguese but my
font excludes tildes, cedilla's, and all accents.

Does the group have any solutions?

How about Alt + 164 (tildes), Alt + 135 (deillas) and many others?
