Text Wrap Not Working in Word XP

When I upgraded to Word XP, my text wrap does not usually
work when inserting clipart or screen dumps. Even though
I change my graphic format to include tight or square text
wrap, it continues treating my graphics as in-line. Text
Behind or In Front works fine. Is there a known glitch in
Word XP?

I have a problen in a MS Publisher 2000 document when I upgraded to Publisher 2003 and XP. Text overflows picture frame. Microsoft says to right click picture, click layout tab, and click type of wrap. However, wrapping buttons are not available. Something happened in the conversion of the publisher 2000 document.

The thread suggests Word, but the content of your message is about
Publisher. This is a Word group - you would have more success with your
