Textsize in Outlook 2000

Im having a problem in Outlook.
When people receive mail some parts of the text are huge, while noone
changed any text size.
Example:

Von: John Doe [mailto:[email protected]]
Gesendet: Montag, 20. März 2006 11:57
An: xxxxx
Betreff: a few points

In this example the Von: (From:) part is huge, it happens to other parts
randomly.
