The address list could not be displayed

This is the full error i get
"The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts
folder associated with this address list could not be
opened, it may have been moved of deleted, or you do not
have permissions. For information on how to remove this
information of how to remove this folder from the Outlook
Address Book, please see Microsoft Outlook Help. "

Now i have tried the fix in the knowledge base which is
to delete outlook address book and re add it. However it
did not work, ANY OTHER suggestions please.

Can't help without information.
Outlook version, what caused the problem, what you tried to correct it.
