the assistant should be interactive with user when answering ques.

i wish the office assistant would be more interactive and learn more as i
work on certain things in word, excel, outlook, etc. i guess more like a
robot that can think and possibly anticipate what i need. it needs to be
trained better in assisting me with help not just direct me to a site where i
have to search all over for answers.
